3cat Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing all users' use of the 3cat platform. Please read it carefully before using our services.
Effective date: January 2026. These terms apply to all users who access or use the 3cat platform.
1 Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by 3cat, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 3cat platform.
To register and use this platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or meet the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- Reside in a country or region where the use of such services is permitted by law.
- Not fall under any category excluded from using 3cat's services based on internal policies or applicable regulations.
- Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
3cat reserves the right to decline registration or close the account of any user who does not meet these eligibility requirements, without prior notice.
2 Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on 3cat. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and the security of your account. 3cat will never ask for your password via email, text message, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately through our support email.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3cat platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or other unauthorised methods to access or manipulate the platform.
- Cheating, impersonating another person, or harassing other users.
- Transferring or sharing your account with any other party.
- Engaging in any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law.
3 Payments, Transactions & MYR Currency
All financial transactions on the 3cat platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid, active, and registered under the same name as their 3cat account.
Deposit
Deposits made through supported payment methods — including TNG, FPX, and online banking — are final once confirmed by the system. 3cat is not liable for any delays caused by the user's bank or third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are subject to the account verification requirements in place. 3cat reserves the right to request identity verification documents prior to approving any withdrawal. Any activity suspected of being fraudulent will result in a temporary account freeze pending the outcome of an investigation.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotional credits offered by 3cat are subject to separate bonus terms and conditions. Users are required to meet the specified turnover requirements before any winnings derived from bonuses can be withdrawn. 3cat reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through unauthorised means.
4 Liability Limitations, Account Suspension & Intellectual Property
3cat Liability Limitations
The 3cat platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any implied or express warranties. 3cat shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to technical disruptions, data loss, or game outcomes.
Account Suspension & Closure
3cat reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:
- Breach of any terms set out in this document.
- Fraudulent activity or any attempt to manipulate the system.
- Direction or request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
- Providing false information during registration or account verification.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, text, graphics, software, and other elements on the 3cat platform are the exclusive property of 3cat and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, reproduce, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 3cat.
5 Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Third-Party Links & Services
The 3cat platform may display or integrate with third-party services such as game providers, payment gateways, or sports data providers. 3cat is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to These Terms
3cat reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this website. Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users are advised to review this page periodically.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate legal forums in Malaysia.
